Sure, Windows 8.1 doesn’t meet the official system requirements for the all new PhotoLab 5 and I know that the remaining user basis still on this OS narrows (less than 5% of all MS Windows users?) - but: Have anybody tried to install and run PL5 on Windows 8.1? Thanks!
Why don’t you download the 30-day free trial and check it out yourself. There’s no commitment.

I can reply to this question - you can’t install PL5 on Win 8.1 → installation will be blocked.
