Optical Modules lost for Olympus OM-D E-M1 X

Today I started PhotoLab and got a message that my pictures cannot be processed because EXIF Data couldn’t be read. Then I recognized that the optical modules for my Olympus OM-D E-M1 X were lost. I still have the modules for the Olympus OM-D E-M1, but those for the “X” have disappeared.

I tried to reinstall the needed modules but PhotoLab doesn’t offer these any more. Does anyone have an idea what I could do now?

You can try to remove the modules from here:

and then reinstall them.

Hi Svetlana,

thanks for your answer and sorry for my late reaction. Since I had to move my DXO installation to my new computer anyway I tried to install it there and it worked with all Modules. Therefore I didn’t try to fix it on my old computer any more.
