Seriously???!! A customer has a legitimate issue, and can’t get an answer through the normal channels, and you stiffle it on the forums as well???!!! I was taking a stab that someone outside of your “crack tech team” might have a damn clue how to fix my issue!!!
It’s a limitation of the forum to keep it clean from different spam. Usually, we approve all the valid posts in the morning, so it was just a matter of time
