I paid for the download of the NIK collection 3 days ago to put on my new computer. i9 processor, win10P.
Loaded the .exe, gets started, then stops and says it is already on my computer. This computer is 4 days old. I have 23 apps. This is not one of them. Tried a few times, same result. I sent in two trouble tickets, posted on the facebook page, all to get no response. If I knew how poor the service was I never would have bought it. Makes me wonder if this is just a reseller of someone else’s material. I will put a cancel on my credit card payment if they don’t help.
