Running Big Sur and PS 2021. Clean install. Whenever I try to use it, Photoshop completely locks up.

I have the same issue, PS locks up the first time I try to open Nik. It wants me to either update or ignore. Both choices lock up PS. My work around is to save my open PS files, open Nik, get PS locked up and then force quit PS. This seems like a really goofy fix but so far everything I’ve gotten from support has not worked. I see from a search that others experience the same problems. It seems that DXO/Nik should be able to address the issue from their end.
