Message “An error has occurred, status code 0x80070652” Task Manager says the installation file is 32 bit. My system is 64 bit. What is going on here?

I should have also asked "what is rev 5.7? Is this a maintenance upgrade or an improvement? I am using 5.6x and everything runs fine, Could I just ignore it?
