NIK 2.0 licence somehow lost and not able to activate

I bought the NIK collection end of last year.
I don’t use it very often, but I definitly activated it and it also worked.
I can’t remember right if I checked it working after installing the 2.5 update.

Yesterday I installed PL 3.3 and upon trying to start the NIK, I got the screen of my trial expired.
I am also not able to activate it using the keys on my support page. The plugin says “Please check your internet connection or your activation code, and try again. (99)”.
I copied my activation code from the page.

What could be the solution and where does the NIK collection store the licence, so I can back it up for later issues?

Hi, Zoltán. I wonder, maybe the best way to resolve this is to open a support request at https://support.dxo.com. Perhaps DxO’s license server has malfunctioned, or maybe your license key got corrupted somehow…

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Nik Collection, to make sure there are no pieces of other versions interfering with your software?

I will try it and if I do not succeed, I will contact support.

Thanks!

Reinstall solved the problem.
I also found the Licence file under “c:\ProgramData\DxO Labs\Licenses\nikplugins2019.lic”
