Missing toning and filters

Dear,

The Split toning and Filter sections are missing items in the drop-down list.

The Filter drop-down list isn’t populated at all whereas in version 2 of Photolab, I had blue, cyan, warm etc.

The split toning only contains Sepia.

Has anybody any idea why? I took screenshots of the aforementionned sections to show what I mean. split%20toning

I am running Photolab 3 under Windows 10.
