[MAC]Loading error - Error in DeltaColorRGB_Prepare

I’m getting this error on some files in library / customize mode. I can open the files in the Finder without issues.

OS X 10.15.1
PL 3.1.0 build 26

This error seems to happen when trying to read a file which has no color profile assigned.

Fixed error by:

  • open file in Affinity Photo
  • assign ICC profile sRGB
  • save file

Image is now readable without any issues.

Tips to fix-
Fix your Internet connection.
Reset your browser settings.
Update to the latest version of the browser.
Delete cache, cookies, and browser history.
Play the media file in incognito mode.
Turn off hardware acceleration.
