Photolab 2 ver 2.30 Elite, Build 23891
I am missing the “Local Adjustments” menu on the Customize Menu.
Instead I have a “Miniature Effects” menu. Is this unique to this version ?
All tutorials refer to “Local Adjustments” submenu.

Nope, Local Adjustments should be in Photolab 2 ver 2.30 Elite, Build 23891 - nothing has been changed. Could you, please, provide me with the screenshot? I have the feeling that it’s just hidden under the pop-up like this because of the place:
