Given I bought a lens that was new on the market I also knew it was not supported – yet. Not difficult (I don’t appreciate that comment of yours) and not surprising. But if that situation doesn’t improve after a couple of months, despite even the note saying that the profile should come before the end of 2021, it’s disappointing. It’s all about customer satisfaction and the management of expectations. If DxO was clear and transparent that would be one thing. Customers could make an informed decision. But DxO don’t seem to want to be transparent. Expectations are not managed, you can only assume. This is prone to cause disappointment.
