Having shot with both of the lenses on a Nikon D7500, PL is not able to recognize which lens was used for the image, but suggests to choose one of them. This seems strange, but somehow matches to my question regarding loosing lens data with the jpg export.

can you upload one or two images from the camera, not processed by any software) so I can have a look at it ?

You can upload them directly here or open a tciket to the support, upload file accoding to the procedure they will provide and tell me the ticket number.

This one is taken with the Tamron:
DSC_2800.NEF (25,0 MB)

And this one with the Sigma:
DSC_0467.NEF (25,0 MB)

According to this message, PL cannot distinguish the lenses:

thanks for files. We sere missing one information for the Tamron lens. With modules release of the end of the month this will be fixed and you won’t have ambiguity anymore.
