Keeping previous edits before processing lightroom-pure raw

I use the following workflow which is very effective for me. I process my raw files with Lightroom on my ipad using LR. I do all most of my edits here. My preferred Raw files are then uploaded to my windows laptop in LRC using the cloud . When i process the edited file using Pure Raw 2, i loose all my previous edits and have to start over. Is this normal…Can i still process with Pure Raw without loosing my previous edits. Note; my files are Fuji Raf files
