Kann keine SR2 Dateien bei DXO laden. Sony A 77 II

Hallo Sonja,

Hello Sonja,
Welcome to the forum. You asked your question at “which feature do you need”, but this is not about a new feature.
The files were probably damaged during the recovery. The best thing would of course be a backup or if the originals were still on the memory card in the camera.
Otherwise there is software for repair, but success is not guaranteed. Search for “Sony RAW Photo Repair” and the like.
DxO can not do anything in this case, actually.

I don’t really know anything about Sony. According to this [list] (https://www.dxo.com/dxo-photolab/supported-cameras/) the files of the A77 II should end in .ARW, not in .SR2. Are the pictures really from an A77 II?

According to Exiftool’s homepage Sony has several Raw file format ARQ, ARW, SR2, SRF…
Best is probably to send a file to DxO Team to be able to check this for you. ( @Marie ? )

Exact: the only image formats produced by a Sony A77II are jpeg (.jpg) and raw (.arw).
So try to rename them to “.arw” instead of “.sr2” (to test on a copy of the files)
