Is PL4 available in a PhotoSuite version?

I don’t seem to be able to find the PhotoSuite version of PL4 + FP + VP in the store

That’s really odd because there doesn’t appear to be any easy to find link to that on the main store page(s), or even from Google

Stumbled onto this march 2019 post Expensive! where @platypus posted that link; which seems to have been updated for PL4.

This link is an old, non-updated updated link. If you click on “Which version should you choose” no mention of Deep Prime or any other of the new PL4 features is made. There is apparently no link to buy the suite this year. Either an omission or they are not offering the suite at a discount this year.
