icons toolbar in photoshop disappear after upgrading

Hi,
I have installed Nik Collection trial version from two days and it was perfectly installed. and I upgraded to photoshop 10 October 2020 and I have noticed that the plugins is not compatible with the new version of photoshop.
so I stepped back and downgrading my photoshop so I can use the Nik collection plugins. I have noticed that the plugins work perfectly under Filters>Nik collection but the floating icons toolbar is disappeared.
is there any way to restor that floating tools again?

hi, The Nik collections plugins didn’t work after I upgrade to photoshop 2021. but strange behavior occured. I keepet the two last version of Photoshop 2002 and 2021 in photoshop 2020 the plugins show itself only in the menu filters>nik collection and any plugins is working just fine but the plugins toolbar disappeared. on the other hand in photoshop 2021 It didn’t work at all but the toolbar present is there any way to get back the toolbar to be shown in photoshop 2020? Thank you
