HSL-defined mask tool, with color sampler

Aa new mask tool based on the existing HSL tool wheel, enhanced with tonal ranges on Luminosity and color saturation.

  • Similar to feathering used in Hue, luminosity and saturation scales have feathering.
  • A color sampler tool would allow to create or extend the HSL ranges on the fly.
