I’ve had a problem with NIK for some time now. I was on here asking for support to help with the installation and was sent a tool to use. Instead, I decided to remove the external drive that had NIK remnants on it. So I removed and replaced the external drive with a new one. I then downloaded PS Elements 2023 to the C drive and added a couple of Topaz plugins and when I attempted to install NIK an error occurs - status code 0x80070643 and then it adds a statement on the second line - “The specified account already exist.” Can you help? Seems that’s a common error code.
