Filmpack5体験版のエリート起動での保存

Win7（６４bit)にてfilmpack5の体験版をインストール。エリート購入予定なのでエリートで試しています。

かなり使いやすくカスタマイズもできますが、肝心の保存がほとんどできません。
jpeg、ＴＩＦですね。

保存ができるときもありますが、できないことがほとんど。
filmpack5を起動してすぐは、なにも調整しなければ、下段に保存バーが動いて保存されますが、
それ以降は、ほぼ保存できない。

これと同じ症状の方、いますか？？これの原因と改善がわからないと購入できません。

補足！
いまアプリをアンインストールしようとしたらバックグラウンドでセーブが動いているみたいです。
保存はできません。
