I know this problem has been discussed before- in August I think. I just installed Photolab 4 on a new iMac running 10.15.7 and when adding a bunch of files from my Sony a7R4 to a folder I get an unreadable file with the message, “This image cannot be processed because of an unknown error. It may be corrupted or in an unsupported format.” Problem is, Lightroom Classic has no problem importing and reading all these files that Photolab can’t. Any suggestions?
