Feature Request: Enable Links in PDF Help document

Hi,
the links of the downloadable pdf help document are inactive.
It would be not too difficult using a suitable converter to accomplish that
(e.g. calibre).
This would add a lot of usability to the documentation without much effort.

I agree. Active links and an index in any “printed” document are a must to be user friendly.
