Export Artifacts in JPG and DNG

I’m seeing horizontal lines littered throughout exported images in both DNG and JPG. The lines are not in the original CR3 (Canon R5), and are not visible in the PhotoLab editor when viewing the RAW, but are visible in multiple file viewers.

Good morning @samuel and welcome to the forum,

Please provide us with the original file + sidecar and the output as well. Upload them via upload.dxo.com with your forum name in “support ticket number” field and please, let us know when it’s ready.

Thank you
Regards,
Svetlana G.

I do not see artifacts when forcing DeepPRIME to use the CPU instead of GPU.

Upload complete. Thanks. It seems like this is related to DeepPRIME. Exporting with no edits, HD and PRIME don’t seem to have these artifacts. With DeepPRIME, I am seeing them on most, if not all exports.

Snip from uploaded file:

Thank you!

We will investigate.

P.S. The images seem to get corrupted with the upload, could you, please, reupload them again?

Thank you

Regards,
Svetlana G.
