EXIF Data: do not strip manufacturer lens profile when a DXO lens module is not available

When exporting to DNG, PL5 strips the manufacturer lens profile off the EXIF. That makes sense if the image is corrected by PL5 when a DxO lens module exists, but if doesn’t exist, this profile should not be stripped, so that Lightroom or CaptureOne can still correct the image using the original profile. Here’s an example of those data for a Fujifilm file:
