Yesterday I’ve edited some pictures and today I can’t access them anymore.
In the PhotoLibrary this message is displayed:
I can access the pictures if I delete the related .dop files.
Any ideas?

Could you, please, provide us with your logs ( %UserProfile%\Documents\DxO PhotoLab 3 logs), preset (if you applied any) and an image+sidecar?
Please, upload them to upload.dxo.com and let us know when ready.

I’m running same version and build.
Open PLE, navigate to directory containing .CR2 and .JPG
Edit .CR2 image, .DOP file created
Navigate to another folder in PLE
Close PLE
Open directory where files exist
Delete .DOP file
Open PLE
Navigate to folder where previous files exist
Preview .CR2 - Good
Preview .JPG - Good
Perform same steps above
Delete .JPG
Open PLE
Navigate to folder
Can still preview .CR2
Perform same steps again
Delete .CR2
Open PLE
Navigate to folder
Can still preview .JPG
I cannot successfully reproduce the behavior you are experiencing.
Files are uploaded.
