Hello ! I’ve got an iPhone X and when I try to open the beta version, it says I can’t use it on my phone… Is it normal?
iPhone X is supposed to work fine with the App. Did you delete the official version of the App from your device before starting installation process? In case there is still an issue, could you please send us a screenshot with your error message?
To solve this issue:
Go to Settings menu of your iPhone -> “General” -> scroll down to “Profile”. Select “DxO Labs” and
tap “Trust ‘DxO Labs’”.
