Does DxO PhotoLab2 have a built in sharpener? (I have trial version.)

Well, if you mean built-in palettes in Photolab - the answer is yes:
If you mean the Nik plugin Sharpener Pro, then it’s supported by PhotoLab2 if you have Nik collection installed.
