Dockable / Movable Control Point Help Center

The Control Point Help Center is either shown or hidden in current design. Is it possible to provide a dockable or movable option to it? It is now fixed in the right-lower corner of the image and sometimes it blocks to set control point is this part of image. Of course I can hide it. But if I want it visible and need to set control point in right-lower part of image, a dockable or movable help center will be great.
