Do DXO offer a discount after the end of the trial of pro raw?

Except for Black Friday and YE discounts, DxO keeps the lid on pricing related variations. You could search the forum though and see if you can compile a pattern.

One thing: Chances of getting discounts seem to increase, if you subscribe to DxO’s mailings.

Other than that, I recommend to trial DxO PhotoLab instead and get the Elite Edition if you’re satisfied. PureRAW contains a subset of PhotoLab’s functionality. PureRAW’s functionality is almost un- tunable too, output options are limited, but the price is lower than DPL’s - but you risk paying twice because DxO offer no crossgrade discounts.
