I notice that you are already adding tags to the file to disable Adobe Camera Raw/Lightroom’s Detail/Noise correction.
Could I suggest that you also add these tags to disable the “Optics > Remove chromatic abberation” and “Use profile corrections” options if (and only if) the files were processed with the optics module selected and the appropriate options (sharpening, lens correction) etc. were enabled in DxO
The applicable tags are:
crs:AutoLateralCA="0"
crs:LensProfileEnable="0"
Tested with command
exiftool -XMP-crs:AutoLateralCA="0" -XMP-crs:LensProfileEnable="0" filename.DNG
and this seems to work. Files open in Adobe Camera RAW with the applicable options disabled.
