Most of my PSP images are saved in PSD format and, attempting to reopen them in PL and see the Prime/Deep Prime effect, I resaved a couple in PS as .raw. However,PL won’t open them. PL will accept NEF as raw but not the PSD saved as raw. Of course, the saved NEF images are less interesting. I hope there’s a way to circumvent this problem and get the full benefit from the Photo Lab software.

Photoshop Raw format is not the same as a RAW file from a camera, it is some kind of inter-app format that Adobe dreamed up. Once an image has been converted to a bitmap, it cannot be written out as RAW again. It would be a bit like unscrambling an egg.
