I want to edit an image using the crop tool. The picture is landscape format in the ratio 3/2. This should result in a 2/3 cutout in portrait format. With Correction Manual you can enter 2/3, but the trimming tool remains in landscape format 3/2. What am I doing wrong?

click/hold on a corner, pull in/create some space, and rotate to the right/left and it jumps to portrait.

Your first move defines the orientation. If you start with a horizontal move it will be landscape, if you start with a vertical move it will be portrait.
I just see you want to change the ratio.
