I have a laptop with two SSDs inbuilt. On each SSD there is an OS (win 10 pro).
I do this to seperate tasks, one without regulary connection to the internet.
If I install PhotoLab 4 elite on each OS, but as described the same computer, does that count as one or as two installations?

Most probably it will be counted as 2 activations. You can easily check it: if DxO PhotoLab asks you for an activation key after activation in another OS, then as 2.
