Tried the trail of the upgrade to the NIK Collection(I purchased the new NIK by DXO when it first came out) and decided it was of no use to me.
Now, I am unable to access what I paid for. When I attempt to do so all I get is a link to purchase the upgrade!
I uninstalled the software hoping that when I reinstalled what I paid for it would function properly but all I get is a link to purchase an upgrade…
I contacted support…no response.
Any help in here would be appreciated…
