Cant' full screen Window 10

Hi.
Program on full screen can’t working good.

Blow bar is still, can’t hide.

Do you have the task bar set to automatically hide the taskbar in Windows 10?

This will also happen if you are running the Power Toys add-on for Windows 10. (Probably a bug in Power Toys, which is still in beta release.)
