I am quite excited to have received a Canon R5 after having committed to Canon mirrorless a long while ago. I loaded my first images into PL3 and got this message;
“This image cannot be processed because of an unknown error. It may be corrupted or in an unsupported format”.
I expected PL3 might not have camera and lens data finalised, to fine-tune settings but no image at all? PL3 is using CR3 already accepted for the R and RP without any problems.
Am I doing something wrong or do I have to go look for a product that will let me work with the files, even if not fine-tuned?
Any advice would be appreciated.
