Camera Icon on NEF Thumbnails

Noticed that the camera icon is not showing on certain thumbnails? All instances seem to relate to photos taken on my old D5100 and the lens is an AF-S DX Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR, which is in the database and shows as downloaded. Lens correction appears to be taking place but it is not showing on the thumbnail

Further investigation reveals it happens every time the AF-S DX Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR lens is used, irrespective of camera.
