Black Image Upon Opening (or sending to Nik from PhotoLab)

Every time I try to open an image in any of the Nik plugins I get a black image. It doesn’t matter if I used Photoshop (2020) or if I used PhotoLab (3). I have tried disabling GPU, I’ve tried changing composite or active layer. Not sure what’s going on. I’m on a Windows Surface Pro. Thoughts?

For the record, having the same issue on Silver Efex Pro and Analog Efex Pro when trying to load a photo from Lightroom and Photoshop on a Surface Pro 7.
