The problem is simply that this forum was probably established before Canon introduced the .CR3 extension hence that extension was never entered onto the list of permitted files. As I showed in a previous post, that list is easily edited by someone who is a Site Admin.
The fact DxO have not made this trivial edit and have ignored pleas to make it begins to look like they really, genuinely, don’t care about their users. Or maybe it’s incompetence and the person who has Site Admin privileges has left DxO without handing over their Site Admin privileges to a someone else, i.e. they can’t make this edit, nor can they admit they can’t make this edit as that would be too embarassing for words.
