Add tonal range sliders to new HSL tool

The new HSL wheel is a big improvement. Please consider adding a way to apply HSL manipulations to certain tonal ranges e.g. shadows only.

Would make a really great feature even greater. Of couse having it as part of a U-point selection would be even more awesome!
