Hi, I purchased DXO Photolab in 2019, but I don’t seem to have an account. I tried all my email addresses and none seem to work so I probably didn’t create an account at that time? Or maybe it expired/was deleted? I do have activated DXO 3.3 on my computer. Is there a way I can create an account? To submit a support ticket seems to require an active account (ie they require your account email address, etc… to submit the ticket), so that is not possible. Thanks.
That’s just the thing - unless you have an account then you don’t seem to be able to use Support.dxo.com
Have you tried ?
Also, try “Help / About…” in the application, where you have a copy of your product key you can copy which might help them track down your account?
