I wanted to report back to let everyone know that I changed it tonight from auto to GPU and the difference is huge. The entire program is more responsive and exporting an image went from 12-15 minutes to 3 minutes for a large landscape photo that was about 45mb.
I still plan to start the initial stages of planning a new PC, but at least the program is more than just
useable and I’ll be upgrading from PL4 to PL6 at the end of the trial or may wait to see if there is a black Friday sale as last year.
